10-26-16In reference to [redacted]'s claim owner [redacted]. She brought her car in on 7-17-16 for brake repair. She informed us she had someone put breaks on front but breaks went to floor when applied. She said to bleed breaks upon checking vehicle, both ft calipers were...
not working. When you tried to bleed breaks, both front caliper hoses would collapsed. Ft break pads were cracked to due to trying to stop both ft rotor were cut with deep marking. She was informed. After repair on front check back breaks due to not having full break pedal. Breaks were completely down to metal squealers. Had to replace break pads turn rear rotors after car was completed [redacted] was notified. She said she did not have funds. It would be two weeks. That was 7-18-16.We would have worked with [redacted] on repair bill. We have many customers who pay payments. On [redacted] bill I will drop labor but she will need to pay for parts which totaled 474.00. I also talked to [redacted] on week of Oct. 17th 2016. She called and wanted to know if she could make payments which I told her we could. But at this time I would like for her to pay for parts and pick vehicle up.

Review: I took my truck to have them fix my gas gauge water, temperture gauge.I paid for part but it did not work so I asked to have orignal part put back. they did this but didn't refund my 55.00 back to meDesired Settlement: fix or refund

I am rejecting this response because: Her husband was at the desk when the mechcanic resnstalled the oringal part .The owner Les said the truck was finish bue never refunded nothing back to me
