Response to Complaint ID: [redacted] I was hired by [redacted] to paint a living room, dining room, hallway, kitchen and bathroom at a cost of $in labor plus the cost of materialsHomeowner stated she had the paint for the bathroom My quote included the labor to paint the bathroom The product she purchased I do not use in my business Consulting other painting contractors they acknowledge they will not use the product I repainted the bathroom walls three times trying to satisfy the homeowner She did not point out the spots she sanded while I was out of the house, so I did not have the opportunity to address her concern I painted the living room, dining room and hallway in the color she picked I purchased the paint, which was part of the $materials provided by me When I was finished she did not like the color she had picked After hearing her complaint about the cost of things, I repainted those rooms and only charged her $labor because I felt sorry for herAs for the scratched floor, I told her I had no idea how I could have done it I had drop cloths down and my ladders all have rubber bottoms on them She informed me that the floor contractor was coming back to finish some other things so she would ask him what he could do to repair it That was the last I heard of itI believe I completed the work in a professional manner The homeowner only complained about the bathroom and did not comment on the balance of the workI agree to refund $as requested by the homeowner; provided the homeowner agrees to not comment on this business transaction or her opinion of the workmanshipWith this settlement, I understand this complaint will be removed from the Revdex.com records [redacted] Lessard Lessard Painting
