Lesson Medrano Photography

I hired this photography business to take my wedding photos on July 9, 2017. I signed a contract to receive all finished photos on a flash drive after the event. In August I received 80 photos via DropBox and was told in several emails that I would receive the rest of the photos the next week. Then I did not receive communication from the photographer until October 2017 when someone emailed they were a "colleague" assisting the photographer who was dealing with a health issue. That colleague told me again that I would receive the rest of the photos the "next week." I have not received any communication since October 23, 2017 and have not received the flash drive or received any other wedding photos. I have called multiple times and email almost once a week and yet have not heard anything back. I was told in our initial vendor meeting that her average client receives 400-600 finished and edited photos and yet I have thus far only received the 80. We were required to pay in full at the time of the event as per our contract so we have already paid her the full amount.
