When they poured the foundation that was out of square and they butchered up some of the siding when they came back after the building was built to cut off some of the excess concrete. When they cut asphalt driveway to replace the power line they took a shortcut across the asphalt driveway rather than taking the path [redacted] specified. I have spoken with the president of Lester Buildings. He assures me that the repairs to the collapsed area as well as reinforcing the entire roof to my engineers specifications will be done. There was a question as to whether Lester would cover damages, i.e.. electrical and rubber footing. This has been resolved as well and I am happy with the outcome.
