The prices have clearly been bolstered for this responseIt is not reasonable to believe that the paint job for the kitchen or bathroom costs over $1,for each roomThe paint job in the living room was not even asked forNone of the ceilings in the house are painted, and this is my moms preferenceHowever, *** voluntarily painted the living room ceilingWhen my mom brought this to his attention, he did not go back and correct this mistake*** claims the kitchen costs $17,That must be some grand kitchenThere is no kitchen! I would invite anyone out to see what he calls $17,worth of workYou can see from the kitchen up to the second floorWe had another reputable company come give us an estimate for the same amount of work for $10,How is it that he is able to claim an extra $7,for work not done? It's because his entire description of work receipt is fabricated
The original agreed upon price was $30,My mom took out a loan for that amountWe have copies of the checks she wrote himWhat is left in the house looks like no one has done any renovationsThe house is almost unihabitableThe kitchen is completely gutted outThere once stood a tall white cabinetIt is no longer there - probably soldThere is hole in the kitchen wall that other renovators said should not exist because the wall is load-bearingThe refrigerator has to be plugged into a living room outlet because the electricity does not work in the kitchenThere are open wires in the basement
During the time renovations were to occur, *** *** would text my mother lies about his plans for renovationHe texted her a picture of a bathroom cabinet that was never installedInstead, a much cheaper cabinet was installedThe toilet in the bathroom did not work, and he told her to call a plumberAfter she inquired several times about when he would fix the faulty work, he told her he had moved out of the stateThis is not true as he has been seen here several times since
The prices that he has provided in response to my original complaint are made-upAnyone who comes to look at the house can clearly tell that my mother was taken advantage of because of her disabilitySeveral people have offered their homes to her because no one believes she should continue to live in the houseOne expert came in and stated he is concerned for her safety because he believes an electrical fire could occur at any timeHe stated that the open wires and the amateur job of installing appliances (washing machine) could result in the water getting into the electricity source in the houseAdditionally, he claims that he waterproofed the basement, but it still floods when it rains
I can provide pictures, text messages, and witnesses who came to talk to *** *** about the planned constructionAll of this evidence points to the fact that he signed up for a job, but did not complete itHe is a fraud, and his license should be revokedThanks!
