I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This is my response to Mike Lester from Lester Mechanical Services, our contract with MrLester was for a turned key job, far from that, he (MrLester), has not finished any Phase that he startedAfter they done the demolition, they painted sloppy, and did not finishThey done the kitchen cabinets thru his Sub-Contractor and he did not finish, tile work also was not finishedThe money we gave MrLester included the first and second Phase to be doneIn regard of him buying materials, (we) me and my wife bought the materials, we have pictures and we have receipts We have the contract with the phases, we never signed any form stating that the job was done and we were satisfied with the phases he is referring toWe have talked and talked to MrLester, to get him to resolve this matter, he promises to come back but we haven't heard from him or seen him in months [redacted] Inspectors have seen the job he has done here and they have taken picturesI also contacted the Virginia Governor and also talked to the Mayor of the [redacted] of [redacted] Me and my wife have done our best to be patient with MrLester, and gave him time to do the job, he has not, this is the reason to our complaint Regards, [redacted]
