Lester Painting LLC

I hired Lester Painting to paint the entire inside of my house, which they did a beautifil job I am not going to use names of peope I told Lester Painting I was going to have all new flooring put in as ell He told me they just started doing flooring and after I saw what a beautiful job they were doing I gave them the job I only dealt with one person and Lester Painting is the company that I paid almost 10k for the flooring The only floors that are not the wood laminate I am going to complain about is bedrooms, and the family room The carpeting job was beautifully done
The wood laminate flooring is a different story Months later the wood laminate started bubbling and curling, also all the new baseboards started popping out Guess what? Lester Painting did not do the floors, the sub-contracted to Sherwin Williams All of a sudden their hands are tied They did come out an look at the floors, baseboards and the trim that wasn't attached I would of never let Sherwin

I contracted Lester Painting to power wash my aluminium awnings*** *** suggested power washing my vinyl sidingI agreed and the job was done by one of *** ***'s workersI was satisfied at first but a couple days later I noticed streaking all over my siding from the power of the hose I would assumeI texted *** *** and was told his worker would come by to take a lookI tried several times to get someone to come but no one ever showed upI finally got a hold of *** *** and begged him to call me back*** *** told me that he and the worker had come by my home and inspected*** *** told me that mold and mildew don't always come offI felt *** *** did not come to my home because he described an issue with mold and mildew that I am not having at this timeI asked him to describe what he saw on my home and he continued to say it was mold and mildewHe then said he's have a professional power washer to contact meI thought *** *** was a professional power wa

We have worked diligently with the manufacturer of the flooring to try and resolve the customers concerns An independent inspector was sent out to inspect the issue and *** Flooring denied the claim that there were no manufacturing issues found Attached is the inspection
report We are still looking into what options we can do for Ms*** since the manufacturer has denied the claim

Extremely disappointed in this project We paid Lester Painting to paint our exposed beam basement ceiling with a dry fall black paint The painter had quite a bit of trouble with the pump for the sprayer so the job took longer than estimated It was not clear why there was so much trouble My understanding is that he tried two different pumps and tried two or three different sprayer heads to solve the problem The paint job overall is poor despite the painter working very hard The paint is very thin in several areas The brown wood is visible and the metal duct work has several exposed areas Lester Painting told us the paint can be touched up with flat black spray paint They even sent a second employee out to complete the work He used flat black spray paint and unfortunately it is noticeable The finish is slightly shiny on top of the flat back paint This further disappoints us The owner of the company is difficult to work with He wanted us to believe we were the difficult ones trying to not have to pay full price for a job not done In the end, they gave us a discount so we can complete the work ourselves The discount is supposed to also cover the cost to restore our carpeted stairs that were not covered with a drop cloth The carpet is likely ruined and needs to be replaced There is so much work to restore our space BUYERS BEWARE

I have paid *** Painting $as a deposit His team came in and got gray paint on my ceilings, door trim, carpet, doors, etc I came home the third day to find his lead painter laying on the ground in my spare bedroom getting high on a can of keyboard cleaning spray He had vomited in my spare bedroom, damaging the carpet, and had defecated on the carpet as well or had some type of animal in the house that defecated I had to call and the carpet cleaning company could not get all of the vomit out of my carpet, even though they bleached it and permanently stained it *** *** refused to come over and look at the damage and was rude over text I have had a new painter come out that said the walls they did do would need to be completely redone b/c they did not patch holes correctly, painted and then patched holes over that leaving white ***s, painted the ceiling and left flashing on the walls
