We spoke with the consumer by telephone today after several unsuccessful prior attempts to reach via telephone. The shoes in question were manufactured in November, 2005, almost 10 years ago. The consumer had no receipt, box, nor could she recall where the shoes were purchased. She...
indicated they may have been a gift. The shoes are so old that the stock number provided does not come up in our system, and additionally we have not manufactured Duck Head branded footwear for 3 years. Since we do not offer a lifetime warranty, nor carry this brand, we were not able to replace the shoes.
