The customer's bill is correct. This customer was required to pay a deposit of $to restart service based on her previous payment history. The deposit was divided into three equal payments of $and was billed each month. The customer was required to pay the first installment
upfront. The customer has paid the first two installments totaling $220, but the last $is still outstanding. The customer is confusing this amount with the lighting fee, which has been credited back to the customers account. It is just a coincidence that the last deposit amount and the lighting fee are the same amount. The customer's balance is correct because she still needs to pay the last deposit of $

Our budget program begins the month of July with final payment June of the following year. Starting the budget later than July will cause your budget amount to increase due to fewer months to pay. We apologize that you were advised otherwise. We will honor the original budget amount
quoted on 7/in the amount of $69. You will need to begin this month and pay $by your current bill’s due date of 9/6. The Company has resolved this issue with the customer. The customer also filed a complaint with the State Corporation Commission. The Company issued, and mailed, a check to refund the customers balance after closure of the account. The customer changed addresses after the check was
mailed and the Postal Service noted that it was unable to forward to new address and returned the check to us. We mailed the customer the check today, Monday, September 25, using FedEx express. A copy of the returned check is attached to verify that the company was prompt in refunding the customer's balance
