Review: On July **, 2013 I purchased 6 Lacoste shirts from [redacted] for a grand total of $173.35.On July ** they were delivered to me. However, when I received the shirts they were clearly fakes, for various reasons:1. The logos themselves were in horrible condition, and didn't look genuine at all - from the shape to the quality of the stitching. These were definitely fake.2. The tags all say "rouge" even though each shirt is a different color.3. The tags on the shirts are different than a real Lacoste shirt.4. The buttons on the shirt are different than a real Lacoste shirt.I have pictures of these as proof, if necessary.On July ** I contacted [redacted] to request a return.On July ** I paid roughly $10 to return the fake items back to [redacted].On July ** I was told that I would be reimbursed $160.95, but they do not refund shipping.I wouldn't have shipped these back if they were not fake. They were fake, which is their fault, which is why I returned it. I expect $22.70 returned to my credit card - this is the $12.70 I paid to receive the items and the $10 I paid to return them.Lastly, this site should not be allowed to do business, or, should clearly state that the items that they sell are knock-off items and are not genuine.Desired Settlement: I expect $22.70 returned to my credit card - this is the $12.70 I paid to receive the items and the $10 I paid to return them.

Review: My husband ordered me a "North Face" fleece for $89 from [redacted]. When we received it we clearly knew it was fake. The sizing was off, the stitching was poor, it was more like felt material than fleece and it had a horrible odor to it. When I called customer service the man who answered was so incredibly rude. I told him I demanded our money back and that I was appalled that they are running a business selling fake merchandise, yet advertising it as real!

Between their customer service e-mail and customer service phone number, it took me 3 weeks to get the answers I needed. We had to pay $13 to ship this fleece back to NY and hope for a refund.

We are filing this complaint because their entire website is advertising the sales of these name brands that are definitely not real. I did call North Face to report this problem as well and they told me to definitely contact the Revdex.com. We are still waiting from Lester's to hear about our refund and we shipped this back weeks ago. When I called yesterday to check up on it, the same rude man who answers customer service phone calls answered and told me to "call back tomorrow" to check on it. He was refusing to even look into it and see if my return was being processed. So, I demanded to speak to someone else, who was also no help.

The website we ordered from again is [redacted], which is different from the website that you have listed for this business. However, the address is the same. The address where they had me return the fake North Face is [redacted]

I sincerely hope something can be done about this matter. They take people's hard earned money. The website is a total scam. It's disgusting that a place like that is still in business.

[redacted]Desired Settlement: We want a full refund for this product, including all shipping costs. We should not have to pay to return an item that was totally not what as it was advertised! They claimed on their site that this was a North Face fleece when it absolutely was not.

We also want a refund for the $15 in shipping my husband paid extra to have to fleece sent 3 day mail. They charged him the 3 day mail price, but sent the package ground! My husband works for UPS and knows the difference. I have multiple emails to lesters customer service address asking them to also refund the phony shipping charge, which they conveniently ignored!

This is absolutely unjust. They charged us $90 for a FAKE North Face, plus $15 extra for speedy shipping, while it was only sent ground which is much cheaper.

Thanks for your message. Our credit card was refunded for the price of the fleece but not for the shipping. When my husband originally ordered the fleece, he paid extra money for overnight shipping. The package was sent ground yet we were still charged $15 extra for shipping! My husband is a driver for UPS and knows we were incorrectly charged. This business is such a scam! I have told Lester's about this many times and they told me when I returned the fleece id get the shipping charges refunded too, which we have not.

Review: I recently ordered a North Face jacket that looked like a terrible knock off. Not authentic merchandise. I can't imagine their other items are genuine as well.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back if they do not refund me in a timely fashion or if I cannot contact them regarding my refund.
