Gutters were installed but down spout was put in wrong Place
In June I called Let it Rain Gutters to get an estimate on two of my buildings. After I received the bid I had some questions on the placement of the down spouts. The owners wife came out and we walk the property together. She suggested a spout at my back door to come along the building and drain out to the field drain next to the building and road. This drain was suppose to be on the right side of the door or the closest to the road. The install was completed the first week in July and payment was made. After the crew had left including the owner, I noticed that they placed the drain on the wrong side in front of a gate. I immediately called them and they said they would be out the following day.
It has been close to a month now and I have called 4 times, 3 times they said they would be out but no one has shown up or called.
Today I have call twice and they are no longer taking my calls.
All I want is what I paid for and what was agreed to be done in the beginning.
I just want them to come out when they say they are and move the down spout to were it was agreed on. I want it set up prior so I can be here to make sure they do it.
Repairs were made to my satisfaction on Tuesday Aug 6th
