Let It Snow, Inc.

Review: I cancelled the contract with this company due to their breach of contract. I have not received a refund and they will not return calls.

On October 28, 2013 approximately 6" of snow fell. The contract I entered into with Let it Snow indicated snow would be removed in a 24 hour period after snow reaches a depth of 4". I made several attempts to contact the provider to resolve this. At first their was an issue with their equipment breaking and then there was a personal matter that were the reasons for lack of service. On October 30, 2013 I sent a letter via fax to terminate the contract and asked for a full refund. On October 31, 2013 [redacted] with Let is Snow returned my call to discuss the contract termination. At that time she agreed that their had not fulfilled their portion of the contract. She also agreed that their would be a full refund of $500 provided. On November 8, 2013 I left a voicemail inquiring as to the status of the refund. When I had not received any call back I called again on November 12th in the morning and again at the end of the day. I requested a return call to advise of the status by noon on November 13th. As of 1246 on today, November 13, 2013 I have still not received a check in the mail, nor I have I had a return call from this company.Desired Settlement: I request the refund in the amount of $500 that [redacted] with Let it Snow had indicated I would be receiving when I spoke to her on the phone on October 31, 2013 confirming the cancellation of the contract they failed to comply with the terms of.
