children’s birthday partyYour party guests started arriving minutes before your scheduled time. One of your guests told me that you wrote an earlier time on her invitation. This may be why it felt like you waited longer for your party to start. We were running a few minutes behind, partly because you asked us to vacuum the room since there were cupcake crumbs on the floor. All the sandwiches and cheese and cracker tray that was ordered for the adults, were prepared by the owner during the beginning of your party. I can assure you that the food was properly prepared. I did not get any complaints of dirty plates. If there was a complaint, we would have rectified it as soon as it was brought to our attention. We did immediately take care of the wrong cups that were set out for the adults. One of my teenage employees set out the older cups that were stacked up on top of each other and they had some dust and stains on them. She was supposed to put the disposable cups out for the adults. I have packed up the old cups, so we won’t have this confusion anymore. I gave you a 10% discount on your party, since you were dissatisfied with your party. Overall, it did seem like your children had a great time at their party, and on the horse and carriage rides that were part of your package
