Weddings Travel On Feb 3, 2016, *** *** contacted me to cancel her trip. She said her doctor recommended itWe canceled her part of the stay according to her wishes There was never a letter from the doctor received.There were ladies in the room for this reservation Payments were received for full payment for the room by the other ladies in the room. There was never a payment received from *** *** at any time.Unfortunately, due to the fact that myself and the customer service agent was unable to talk with her on the phone, emails were sent to explain what they needed to do for refundSince *** made no payments on this reservation, she is unable to receive this information for the refund. However, I will say that a refund of $has been issued to the lady that actually made the payment.If you have any further questions, please feel free to let me know.Thank you,Sharon R
