Management is rude and disrespectful.
Terrible place as business centre.
Management has difficulty retaining staff for the front desk reception, accounting and office assistant.
Management hires timid and unassertive personnel.
Management continuously nickel and dimes you for services, always have to review invoices for additional charges.
Hardly any snow removal during winter, parking lot only gets cleaned when more than 6 inches of snow. Due to lack of snow removal, rear parking lot is covered in ice.
Does not enforce smoking by-laws.
Weeds (dandelions) are allowed to grow well beyond 24 inches tall
