L'Etoile Nail Bar

Horrible customer service and guarantee to do customers nails the way you like and I did not like at all, nor did what I asked them to-very rude!!
I went in on 02/06/20 at appx 7pm to get a simple fill in-signed in-sat down. The guy acted like he didnt know how to do it, and went with a different color than my nails already were. I showed him a picture of something more simple I thought he could handle and which he agreed he could do, which was a light pink ombre color, squared nails. Halfway thru I asked him to stop telling him I didnt like it. He insisted to keep going saying he could fix. After I noticed it wasnt getting better I told him again to stop when it was clear he didnt know what he was doing, so then he got very rude and hateful with me because I didnt like his work, and told me I could come see his manager the next morning @ 930am when he came in.He then went on to overcharge me. He charged me $43 for a fill in when it should have been $25. I only pay $50 for a full set, and I been going regularly for years to this place, and they always redo my nails if I dont like or its done wrong because customer satisfaction is always the goal. I asked him to call his manager because I knew he was overcharging me to be an ***, and his work was awful, but he insisted he couldnt and for me to come back in the morning. He didnt even get to finish my nails or put a clear coat on but charged me full price supposedly. After I left I got a text from where I signed in originally with my phone number asking if I was satisfied with the service and to rate it, as I of course put I was not satisfied-they then sent a text back stating they were sorry I had a negative experience at their store, to give their store a call at my earliest convenience, that they would like to learn more about the situation and be able to make things right and earn back my business.The next day around 1pm I went to speak to the manager, in which I explained to him what happened and how the man treated me and why I wasnt satisfied, and showed him my nails which was very clear they were all different lengths and different shapes. All he did was made excuses for the man and that they werent going to fix my nails or redo them, nor refund my money. He said to come back sunday or monday and they would redo them again but I would have to pay full price again for them to be done. They didnt even give me a receipt the night I paid the $43 but I have it on my bank statement where I used my debit card. I got a text saying they would make things right but the manager definitely did not make things right and I want a full refund! Any place of business should not treat customers this way, and if the man didnt know how to do my nails he shouldve asked someone else to do so. This nail salon has just recently changed their name to L'Etoile Nail Bar, which still shows on the internet as D&J Nail Salon In Johnson City Tn
