Lets Go Moving

Review: On September 26, I had an appointment with Lets go moving company to move my furniture from my storage unit, to my new apartment. I had hired these movers back in august and verified the appointment through email before the move. Everything was set up for the 26th at 1:00pm. To begin with, the movers showed up 45 minutes late. Second, they broke a piece of glass within the first 15 minutes of being there, even though I told them right up front that this was glass and they should be careful. Once I told them they I heard it break, as it happened right in front of me, the guy started giving me attitude. The next thing I know, they unloaded the 3 items that they had previously loaded and put them back into my storage unit and announced that they were leaving! I could not believe they would just leave! I told them I was going to call their supervisor, but they said they didn't care who I was going to call, and that I could move myself, because they weren't going to do it. A few minutes later, as I was on the phone with the supervisor, they left! They never provided me with any service that day other than breaking a piece of glass and then leaving! I asked the supervisor to replace the glass and she told me she would send me a form to fill out. She never sent me the form! Absolutely terrible customer service!Desired Settlement: I want my glass to be replaced and I want a refund of my deposit!
