Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Let's Jump indeed called me to inform me of their cancellationHowever they did so minutes before they were to arrive and guests were to arriveThis is completely unacceptableThey left me in a horrible position of not having seating for kids Had I cancelled minutes before I would have forfeited everythingI should not be made to go with them again just to get my deposit backSimple customer service for their lack of training of their employees not to mention customer service for a repeat customer is not in their vocabularyBut nonetheless while they may have $they have lost hundreds from me and my neighbor's and friends who will never go with them againThe proper response would have been, I'm so sorry for our last minute cancellation and for not properly training our new employeesAs a valued repeat customer, and for your inconvenience, we will happily refund your deposit and we look forward to helping you out for your future partiesIt's really unfortunate that expecting this type of customer service when you've spent hundreds is out of the question [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because:Let's Jump indeed called me to inform me of their cancellation. However they did so 30 minutes before they were to arrive and guests were to arrive. This is completely unacceptable. They left me in a horrible position of not having seating for 20 kids.  Had I cancelled 30 minutes before I would have forfeited everything. I should not be made to go with them again just to get my deposit back. Simple customer service for their lack of training of their employees not to mention customer service for a repeat customer is not in their vocabulary. But nonetheless while they may have $25 they have lost hundreds from me and my neighbor's and friends who will never go with them again. The proper response would have been, I'm so sorry for our last minute cancellation and for not properly training our new employees. As a valued repeat customer, and for your inconvenience, we will happily refund your deposit and we look forward to helping you out for your future parties. It's really unfortunate that expecting this type of customer service when you've spent hundreds is out of the question.  [redacted]
