years. I felt insulted with the way [redacted] has portrayed us. We
have completed successfully approximately 500 projects in this
time. We have never had any complaints that was not handled
directly with the customer and handled to their satisfaction We
think that everything was good until phase 3.
Phase I was completed on schedule and on time. The
customer inspected and paid an 5l5lt4. Let me say that we don't
ask for money first only after each phase is completed. The
second phase was completed in one day 27A sq ft. which was tiles
only. It was inspected and paid. only the grout was not put in
because of color .I asked her to pick the color for the second time .
I asked her to do so when we dslivered a sample tile on 4l28ll4 it
did not arrive until 5l9ll4 We started phase 3 by applying the
paint.
The next day the customer called and said that the paint was
the wrong color. She had us choose the color which we nonnally
don't do. So with the paint color not satisfactory I asked her to
choose the color herself and we would be glad to paint again. She
said to leave the color. I told her that we would not pick the
cabinet color ourselves. Which she insisted. No Company will
ever install cabinets color unseen without a deposit. After this she
asked to stop the work in the kitchen and remove the black mold
from the garage. Without mold remediation procedures and
without a permit for mold removal. Black mold is very toxic and
the only re&son we agreed to remove it from the property was to
satisfy the customer. So we entered into a new contract for this ,
Let me tell you the mold was so bad that you could not see any of
the white drywall behind the black mold.
She said that she needed this done while she decides on the
cabinet color. also to instal new locks on the doors and to have my
guys put together a barbeque .both were completed on 5/7/14. she
did not pay for these .So we removed the black mold on a new
