I am a very happy and satisfied with the job that they did. They did it on time and they cleaned up after the job. I have no complaints. I would recommend them to anyone. Great guys. Thank you.

Review: 7/15/2014 I contract with Let's Think About Logistics LLC -[redacted] to transport my vehicle from Atlanta GA to Seattle Washington. 2002 Aura RL. Total price is 1068.20. I paid half 534.10 on 7/15/14. When vehicle arrive I'm to pay other half $510.10. Approximate date to ship was 8/3/14 my vehicle didn't ship until 8/9/14. [redacted] was aware I was flying out 8/6/14 to Seattle. I had my daughter sign for release vehicle. [redacted] company contracted [redacted] out of Spokane WA. When my vehicle arrive late Sunday evening 8/17/14 I receive a call from [redacted] stating I own 1150.00. I let them know their a problem. I call [redacted] cell phone asap, left message. I call company early Monday morning left message for [redacted] twice. He phone back late afternoon Monday 8/18/2014. Both parties blamed each other. I receive an extra 100.00 on the bill. Per NN Transport my vehicle was sent to them as 2002 Acura TL, my vehicle in 2002 Acura RL, and that RL models weigh more. My contact shows 2002 Acura RL. [redacted] state he placing the 534.10 back in my acct and it will be in the following day Tuesday. [redacted] place my vehicle in storage 50.00 a day. As of now 8/20/14 my money not in the acct so I can pay. I'm waiting to hear from lawyer. I'm reporting [redacted] to Revdex.com as well. [redacted] want me to place the money in their bank acct, then call them, they will let me know where my vehicle is at. Then I go pay storage. This doesn't sound right. Again I'm reporting [redacted] with Revdex.com too. Look forward to hearing soonThank you[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like Let's Think About Logistics to pay the additional 100.00 place my deposit back in my acct asap and pay storage fees. It was their company who didn't give my deposit to [redacted]

Review: Contracted with them to deliver two of my cars out of state. Required that I pay them in advance $1780 in July 2014. Did have someone pick up the first car, but later found out that they have to be paid upon delivery. Had to pay another $1800 to have my cars delivered COD. This company is a scam! They will not deliver as contracted and will not refund my funds, have some excuse every time I talk to them. Desired Settlement: Refund my $1780 that they made me pay in advance but which they could not deliver my cars.

Review: I entered into a contractual agreement to transport my vehicle from [redacted]. My contract number is [redacted]. The contract was signed and processed on July 10, 2014 with a total price of $1010.00. This was fully paid a week before my car was due to be contractually picked up for the date of July 30, 2014. I spoke with representatives throughout the process. As of the pick up date, I had not heard anything from the company. I had to call numerous times on the day of pick up, only to find that there will be no pick up, but they did inform me that the pick up would take place within the next couple of days. This was a major inconvenience for me because I was flying out for California the next day! So, they waived the rule of me having to "be with the vehicle at the time of pick up". To make a long story short. I arrived in California, and I have been given the run around with the company regarding my transport. I explained over and over how important it is for me to have my car because it is vital for me to keep my job.

Unfortunately, on the 13th of August, I called my bank, and the company to let them know that I was going to cancel my reservation per instructions of Tom (the guy I have been going back and forth with). I did send in a cancellation request, and I was told that it will take from 2 to 3 weeks to have my refund. It is now September 23, 2014, and I have not received my money yet. I am fed up with getting the run around. I called and left messages, and no one returns my phone calls. I have to literally stalk the service line to see if I can get someone on the line. Before they got my money, it was easy to call and get a response. After they got my money, it became harder and harder.

I had to employ a different company to transport my car after I cancelled with you this company. All I want is my money back. This is my last attempt for I seek legal counsel on getting my money back.Desired Settlement: I wan't my money back and a formalized apology for poor service, and failure to render services.

Review: I was contacted by Let's Think About Logistics LLC with a quote of $890.00 for shipping my personal vehicle from Orlando Florida to Yuba City California. I was given a pick up date of my vehicle from my residence in Florida of May 30, 2014. The gentleman [redacted] required my credit card information to hold the reservation. He charged my account 479.10 without authorization. He did not pick up my vehicle for shipment. When I called back he stated he would pick the vehicle up between Friday and Monday (5/30 - 6/2). He failed to pick up the vehicle again. I called and he stated he would know on Tuesday 6/3 by 4pm of the actual pick up date. He never called back with a pick up date so I called him on 6/5 and he stated the driver was in South Carolina and was running late due to the holiday and that the driver had repair issues. When I asked [redacted] for a definite pick up date he became angry and stated "Why don't you just send over your canceled contract I'm taking $250 of the $479.00 as a cancelation fee!" The contract did not list a cancelation fee and when that was pointed out [redacted] stated "You should read what you sign before you sign it!" Then he hung up the telephone.Desired Settlement: I would like the entire amount of $479.10 to be refunded because the company stated they would use my credit card information to hold the reservation. They stated they would not charge my credit card until the vehicle was delivered to me in Yuba City California. The company went ahead and charged my card without my authorization and did not perform the services described in the contract. My car is still sitting in Orlando Florida at the old residence.

Review: this company charged my debit card 778.20 for picking up my car in New Mexico everything was just fine until I meant the driver to pick up my car and the driver was charging me for the delivery as well, the Agent of this company [redacted] never told me that it was going to be a double charge his contract qoute was 778.20 car delilvered to my house in portland oregon - this was a bait and switch deal and this company is takening adavantage of the military moving around the country -Desired Settlement: I want my 778.20 refunded

Review: On May 6, 2014 I signed a contract with Lets Think About Logistics LLC to transport my vehicle from Sierra Vista, AZ to Newport News VA. The contract states to sign and return to reserve a spot on the carrier transport with an approximate pickup date of 5/10/14 - 5/12/14. The manager, [redacted] told me that I had to pay the deposit of $280 before they would even start looking for a transporter to pick up my vehicle. I gave him my bank info (routing # and acct #) and the $280 was debited from my bank account. Days go by without any word from anyone. I call and call. [redacted] keeps telling me to give it another day or two, then give it to the end of the week. If they are not able to find a transporter willing to pick up my vehicle he would refund my deposit. To date I have not received my refund. First time I called to check he insisted the refund had been processed and I should see it any day. After a few days go by I call again and he read off the account info and found that he had the account off my one digit. So he says it would be put through again. Still never got anything. I then received an email requesting my home address for them to send a check. That was on July 10th and to date (July 30th) still no refund. Now when I call no one answers, I assume they may have caller ID and just avoiding my calls. I call or send messages EVERY day.Desired Settlement: I just want my $280 back. I cannot afford to lose money. They were unable to provide a service and should return my money.

Review: I found this company to transport my vehicles. They gave me a bid for $750 each for 2 vehicles. They said that I needed to pay $500 deposit, then pay cash to the delivery driver when the vehicles were transported. The approximate pickup date was 7/3/14.

My first complaint is that they sent me an email that listed my complete credit card information, including all the numbers, the exp date, and the CVS number, which is a security risk to me.

Second complaint: I signed their basic contract on 6/28 and emailed them the contract, and they were supposed to pick up my vehicles on 7/3/14.

They charged my credit card for $500 deposit.

On 7/1 I contacted them and they said that my vehicles were not going to be shipped on that time because they didn't receive my signed contract. I have electronic proof that it was indeed sent. They claim they didn't receive it.

They postponed the transport for a week, which does not work with my plans.

Because of their error, I decided to fly my brother into town, and drive both vehicles instead of using their services.

I contacted them and told them that I want my money back, and that I would not use their services.

They told me that there is a cancellation fee. I told them that nobody said anything about cancellation fees and that if they didn't return my money that I would consider litigation. They hung up the phone on me.

I called back. They claim that they sent me some terms and conditions. They never sent me any terms or conditions.'

Overall, they have lied several times and now after messing up my plans, they refuse to refund my deposit.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

They need to stop putting the complete credit card information of clients on their email communication.

They need to stop lying.

I would like them to be penalized in some way.
