Dear Sir,I would like to confirm that we take every complaint very seriously and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Reagrding Mr [redacted] complaint, I would like to confirm that we gave the complete satisfactory service to the customer. After few days of taking the service...

customer came back to us saying that he wanted to cancel the future subscription and does not want to pursue it any more. We agreed and on the recorded call customer agreed to receive the refund of $100 and confirming no further action, we indeed provided an immediate $100 refund back to customer's account to keep customer happy at every aspect. Now Customer is complaining again asking for complete refund, we do not find the situation very fair towards our business, where first customer took the complete service, sign the contract, received the refund and again asking for more money from us. Furthermore in the current situation we will not be able to refund further amount as $100 has already been refunded, however we can give 2 years free technical support to customer at no extra cost. We will provide customer a unique reference number similar to our other premium customers and assure customer excellent services 24/7. There wil be no further charges or subscriptions. The signed Contract is attached. All the remaining evidences provided including the recorded call, invoice and the refund receipt.Kind Regards,LetsMakeweb

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: There were no task or service performed with complete "CUSTOMER" satisfaction acknowledged, definitely not $ 249.99 worth, much less $ 349.99 worth. According to "LMW" contract terms which are very open to interpretation, it is stated that if "LETSMAKEWEBSITE" resolves one (1) issue that they have fully met their responsibility and commitment. My response is "If there was no real problem but a falsely fabricated issue what did they resolve?". I clearly acknowledge that I should have captured a screen shot of the pop-up message on my 4 day old [redacted] iMac Desktop Computer for evidence and did further assessment before dialing a number tha t pop-up on the screen. I have no need for a personal website designer, computer troubleshooting or repair services. I have an [redacted] Store 12 miles from my location in Dallas and not intensionally seek remote services from a Seattle, WA website designing firms.
There is nothing in the business's ("LMW") response that references how this transaction developed or a detailed description of what alledged resolutions and services were provided. As stated in my orginal complaint that the entities and personnel associated with "LETSMAKEWEBSITE" [redacted] (Principal: Naveen S[redacted], Mgr., Registered Agent: Pritpal K[redacted]), [redacted] and [redacted].com) misrepresented themselves as an "authorized" [redacted] Technical Support representative and the next day I contacted [redacted] Technical Support, [redacted] informed me that "LETSMAKEWEBSITE" has no affilliation with an of the above listed parties and that I had a factory warranty that would have corrected any potential issue or problem with my iMac at no charge. [redacted] also informed me that there are companies out there on the internet that attached themselves to different websites that generate false and fake "Warnings" attacks to gain access to personnel computer networks with contact information and that the consumer is duped into beliving there is problem with their computer to gain access to contact and personal information. [redacted] also acknowledged that this type of action is prevelant thruout the internet and to be on guard in the future.
As stated in my original complaint it is not completely about the funds that I ignorantly agreed to. It is fact that while navigating local Rockwall, TX internet websites on a 4 day old [redacted] iMac Desktop Computer with a full factory warranty and with an additional AppleCare Protection Plan, a pop-up screen with a contact phone number ([redacted] informing me that I had an issue that potentially would damage my computer and that is when I made a call to the number displayed, I spoke to a rep that did not identified the company I contacted but assured me that they were familar with the issue I experiences. The rep started discussing pricing for services to resolve my issue and I again questioned the rep to the fact that I was in contact with [redacted] Technical Support and assured that they could resolve the issue, I allowed tech to install remote gateway software as instructed thru my IP address, a electronic contract appeared on my screen, contract signed by others to amount agreed upon for services to be rendered to resolve issue. Tech accessed computer remotely and enable "Adblock" freeware software already on my computer, tech installed antivirus freeware software and installed trail version of CleanMyMac software with no activation key. The next day I spoke to [redacted] Technical Support, [redacted] Support acknowledged that there was no threat of damage to my computer and to only contact them in the future.
[redacted] All I require from "LETSMAKEWEBSITE" and its affiliates is emailed documentation acknowledging termination of paid contract and services, to provide activation key for CleanMyMac 3 software and no further contact.
[redacted] I have a lot more to say but these people are not worth it, I believe they use deceptive practices and chose to misrepresent themselves, so be it. [redacted]Sincerely,[redacted]
