As the district leader for the San Antonio market I was disappointed to see this families concerns I welcome the opportunity to work with this family to resolve the concerns I have personally called twice, left a message along with emailing this customer to apologize for their experience and communicating my desire to address her concernsIn an effort to better address and rectify this situation I do require more information The original concern requests that we stop contacting her bank My school locations do not have this ability to speak to the bank and we cannot extract funds from any customer bank accounts without the customer initiating and authorizing the payment We do not have that system ability to automatically withdraw funds I will continue to visit this school on a regular basis and observe the service we are offering all our children/ familes I did go to the school on 6/2/and had a training session with the team to discuss performance issues I did review record keeping for the school I have placed an experience Center Director at this center starting on 6/1/after reviewing this concern to assist in training and developing the team This center director will be over there for the next two monthsAttached is a copy of the email that I sent the customer that expressed concerns wth usI would welcome the opportunity to resolve her concerns The new email address for this complaint is [redacted] Respectfully, [redacted]
