Kansas City Revdex.com,Thank you for your help. Whereas the company did not respond to me until the complaint, and had not acknowledged the Revdex.com itself, they did just send me my product! I was happily surprised to get it on December 9th ( roughly nine months later). No further
explanation was included with the book. However I do not think I would ever have received it without the Revdex.com's intervention.Thank you, *** ***
