Letum, Inc

Review: Upon my aunt's death, I made arrangements for burial at [redacted] Cemetery, which is managed by Letum Inc. Along with other services, I ordered and paid in full for a celestial black turned vase, a base, and installation. I have a contract for these items dated September 22, 2011. The vase has still not been installed. I contacted the company and was told it was never ordered. I was advised to contact Letum directly for a refund. I did so on July 1st, 2013 and included a copy of my contract. Letum did not reply in writing or by phone. I am out $855 for this.Desired Settlement: I would like my $855 refunded. I paid for this in full up front and received nothing.

Attached to this email are documents supporting my complaint #[redacted]: The service contract, which includes $150 for Vase Base, $100 for Vase Install, and $605 for Celestial Black Turned Vase.
