Back in March I received a damaged Helix Jr gimbal from Letus and tried working with them via email but could never make our schedule's line up because their tech support wasn't available at a time convenient to me - and when I made time for them their tech wasn't in & on another occasion I made arrangements and they wanted to rescheduleAfter trying to just get it repaired/replaced for months I gave in and asked for a refund via ***I was then instructed to return the unit and it has been nearly weeks that they've had it (I have delivery confirmation from USPS)So I'm out the cost of the Helix Jrand shipping it back to them entirely because they sent me a defective unit and wouldn't give me a replacement without a Skype call that they were never available for
