To Whom it May Concern:
On or about 9/12/14, ***, *** ***'s daughter called me for an estimate to clean her father's house who lives in *** *** She found out about me from the *** *** newspaper I advised her that I had a lot of customers there so we set up a
time for the cleaning: Thurs Sept 18th @ am She asked me to call her dad the night before to remind him, which I did We did the cleaning on Thurs the 18th as promised On Fri the 19th, she calls me and claimed she had cancelled & had hired someone else and they showed up the next day, Fri She also claims she had to pay them, but sent them away I advised her she never cancelled with me When we hung up, everything seemed to be OKLater that night, she called back all irate and claimed that I had taken advantage of her dad!I haven't as you can see on the other side of his letter, I have many many references stating the opposite I am a professional caregiver plus clean house in *** *** which are elderly I could easily take them to small claims but cannot bring myself in doing so
A few days later the daughter *** called me to advise me she would send me a check Well, after many calls, no check.
We worked very hard that day & feel it fight to get paid for services rendered *** *** was very happy with the work They owe $Thank you for your attention in this matterLetty G
