THE TV WAS NOT DAMAGED IN MY UHAUL!!! They know that that is **!!!! I don't understand, if they r willing to give us a tv at half price then y r they saying they didn't do it!!! It was their fault! If u check the tape my tv has been in their for a few months!!! It was DAMAGED in the time frame!!! They r the ones that broke it! I'm out of 2-3,dollars cuz they messed up and don't wanna admitted it!!! I didn't strap it down cuz it would have broke! My friend in the back held it! It isn't just water damage either! It's CRACKED ALSO!!!!! They would have not took my tv In the first place if it was DAMAGED! I called them like hours later cuz I went slow home!!! I'm sick of people getting away with Stuff when they know that in that time frame someone!! Not the two guys bringing it out to me! It was someone else!!! They saw it when they picked it up and put it in my uhaul faceing the back! If gone to them for years maybe longer and NEVER till now have I had any problems! All I want is my tv! I don't want money and I can't afford a half price tv cuz I paid 600$ to get my BROKEN tv outta pawn!!!! This is not right and they know itSomeone broke it and did something to it! I JUST WANT MY TV PLEASE!!!!! I have always faithfully paid them!!! And I would like a copy of the video for the whole time it was in pawn! It took them min to even find it!!! I want a copy of the tape PLEASE! Thank u

I have talked to both guys involved in the redemption and they have both reassured me that the tv was not cracked or damaged when they place it in the truck. The video in the shop over writes itself every weeks so I cant provide video for the length of time it was in pawn. We offered to help them buy another TV because we are sympathetic to their situation.Unfortunately transporting the TV unsecured in the back of the uhaul was a really bad idea. If the TV arrived home cracked and broke, it became that way during transport because it was not that way when we loaded it.Again If they would like to come in and look at the TVs we have, we are willing to work something out with them, but they would probably have to pay approximately half of the price we have listed.Please let me know what they want to do.Lev's Pawn ShopJohn K***

After the chain was purchased the customer called wanting to return it. When she brought the chain back, it was stretched and damaged in a manner that made it unsalable. The store refused to exchange it as it had been damaged in the customers care. Had the chain been in undamaged
condition, the customer would have been offered an exchange. I have attached a picture of the damaged chain.The store has a sign posted that reads all sales are final

We are very sorry that the TV became damaged. I spoke to the employees involved and reviewed the video. The TV did not become water damaged in our warehouse. The video shows our two employees placing the TV in the customers empty foot uhaul truck. The customer did not
strap or secure the TV in the truck. The video shows the customer driving off with the TV not strapped down and the husband in the back of the truck attempting to hold it. That's how the TV was damaged. They did not secure it properly in the truck. We would be willing work with them on any TV we have for sale in our store. If they are agreeable are willing to sell them a replacement tv at approximately half of our sale price.John K***

THE TV WAS DAMAGED IN THEIR SHOP!!! WE HAVE PICS OF IT THE SAME DAY! THE TRUCK WAS NOT WET!!! This is not fair nor right! If they can't provide video and they r willing to help with a half price TV,then why are you saying u didn't do it! I DID NOT SAY IT WAS THE TWO GUYS THAT CARRIED IT!! IT HAPPENED IN THE WAREHOUSE!! IT TOOK 20-MIN TO FIND MY TVIT WAS IN A PLACE IT SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN!!! THEY WOULD HAVE NEVER TOOK IT IN THE FIRST PLACE IF IT WAS DAMAGED!!! If they wont replace my TV then I'm taking them to court!!! I have pics with times,dates,and I have witnessesthis is wrong and u can't just say Ok I'm sorry about it...I'll replace it.?u have to plug it in to see the damageOther then the spot where it got hit! My husband works his butt off and we do rightThat was our first and only great thing we had!!! Please just give me my smart TV backI'm being honest and u can't!?
