In response to your letter on April 10, We would like to clarify the factual bases of this claim.*** *** *** (The Client) visited Levant Restaurant (The Restaurant) on April 7, accompanied by another gentlemanBoth clients were greeted and seated, the clients placed their order
and the waitressing employee placed the clients' order immediatelyThe clients ordered full courses that include Appetizers, Main Courses, Three Glasses of Wine and Hookah (Receipt Copy Attached)The clients' order was placed, processed and served in an exemplary manner, but the clients were over demanding and seemed to be trying to make things difficult for the staffThe clients kept demanding the staff to come back to their table in an unreasonable manner.The Clients asked for tap water and the waitressing employee apologized from the client for not being able to serve tap water at the moment due to service issues and the clients were offered free mineral water but they kept arguing and asked to talk to the managerMrAbdulla O(Floor Manager) went to the clients in order to address their concerns and to offer bottled water (Free of Charge) but the clients specifically *** was unreasonably aggressive towards the manager and they requested to talk to the ownerMrAbdulla (Floor Manager) tried to explain to the clients that the business is owned by a company and there is no individual owner at the premises and that he was there to address their needs.The clients insisted on talking to someone else and requested to know the owner, at that point the clients were met by another senior management personnel MrMamon R.D(General Manager) who tried to see if there is anything he might be able to provide to satisfy the clients but the client was very much aggressive and irritating and insisted on meeting an owner and engaged in an endless argument.At the end, the client (***) asked for his bill, he paid his bill and left the premises to come back a minute later from a side door in a mission to locate an owner that doesn't exist,*** (The Client) was informed that management personnel have already talked to him and made efforts to make his time and meal pleasant and they wish if there is anything else they could do to solve and problem without going through endless arguments.At this point and in response to your letter, Levant Restaurant and as a gesture of good faith and in compliance with our policies and standards at Levant Restaurant and due to the fact that the clients refused to have their meal; our management decided to refund the client in full amount with the enclosed Cashier Check: No.*** in the amount of One Thirty-Five Dollars and Eleven Cents ($135.11).We at Levant Restaurant & Lounge consider our customers' needs and satisfaction as a top priority but we also take our employees and staff members' safety, dignity and respect into consideration and in a serious manner.We at Levant Restaurant & Lounge would like to thank you for your cooperation, consideration and attention to this matter
