Level 3 Communications

Level 3 provides phone numbers to illegally operating telemarketers with no public contact to resolve.
Have received multiple spoofed calls to my "Do Not Call" number, all provided to what appears to be phone scam, from numbers sold to the caller by Level 3 Communications. Reported to FCC. Complaints about this company's practices, are al over the internet. There is no contact number or email to request that Level 3 Stop phone scam calls to the best of my knowledge. I must as a result conclude that any legitimate business that uses Level 3's marketing services risks reputation damage.
