We offered for Mr*** to pay only his outstanding invoice of $3,and we would waive the remaining balance of $that was dueMr*** agreed and paid his $3,invoiceWe had no further contact with Mr*** until an email from him on XX-regarding an unfounded claim of misuse of his informationCopy of his claim attached
Nothing was applied for on Mr***'s behalf by us after his November 1st cancellation dateMr*** did have two open bank funding applications that had been submitted to lenders by us prior to his November 1st, cancellation of our servicesFor those there is no way to retract the applications once they are submittedIf Mr*** was contacted after November 1st, by one of those lenders we would have no control over that, no knowledge of what transacted between Mr*** and those lenders, and no involvement in what took place after his November 1st, cancellationNone of those lenders is "State Farm"We have not now nor ever had any dealings with State Farm who to our knowledge is an insurance company and not a lender
