Level Debt

Great company! LEVEL debt they sold my account to a company in India within 2 weeks actually before my first payment. Being from India as well it worked out great as we spoke the same language. Prakash said that my account is just fine and to send extra money. He promised to help me and I sent him $200 as he said it would really help his family. Luckily my bank works with banks in India. He said a lot of angry clients where he works and having a rough day. Glad to see US companies working overseas. Thank You Level debt.

Words simply can not express the gratitude and great fullness I am feeling with speaking to Scott and Joshua, they ensured me that they have my best interest at heart due to my financial hardship. This company that has an employee Name ***. I've sent emails and told him over the phone that I am not interested in their solutions to help my debt. The person is very insulting, and I would not like to do business with them. I've blocked their number but it's always different.

I have a lot of concerns for identity theft, Mr.N*** made feel and trust this was not the case. Mr. N took a lot of time and care to work with me and my husband. Joshua was clear in his explanations and made it easy to understand the risks and benefits of enrolling in this program. He was flexible and easy to work with. He also made it so I knew what to expect with each additional step in enrollment, and was accurate in the estimated length of time it would take me to complete- which one learns to appreciate when you have young children. I also appreciated his ability to relate with me in that aspect when he briefly mentioned having a young child himself. :)

Joshua was polite patient and understanding with me when I had questions or had difficulty understanding something during enrollment.

Admitting and acknowledging an individual struggle and loss of control with credit card debt is not an easy thing to do. Ending a daily pattern of avoidance and procrastination, and to finally take the first step to start doing something about it is even harder. Joshua (and Brian W.)Made that first step much easier by providing constant, non-judgemental reassurance in a non-threatening manner. Joshua was also quick, reliable and efficient in completing the enrollment process to ensure it was as painless as possible.

I am so grateful that I finally made that first phone call. I did not know what to expect, and was nervous, but now- less that 24 hours later- I am more confident and feel more comfortable that I made a smart decision to start working towards a more debt free life.
