piece of concrete the size of a dollar bill that was deteriorated and she (***) would like repaired At which I did respond and told her that we would take care of it and that we were very busy The concrete repair was completed prior to this complaint! This is a rental property for her and her husband With that said possibly she had not seen the repairI chose not to continue communications about this difference in opinion, to be respectful There are bad contractors out there and we are not one of themThey're also bad customers! Long story short the customer is always right and the issue was corrected We do not except or ask for any sort of down payment because we take pride the work that we do! Review: Notified [redacted] of Levelheaded Mudjackers that they missed a concrete slab that they replaced at my property at [redacted] The company was to replace all the concrete slabs that were crumbling and repair (mudjack) the slabs that were in a condition to allow repair. A slab was missed and I notified [redacted] on 6/3/15, I also provided a picture of the missed slab in an email. He admitted the slab should have been replaced and apologized. He stated that he had to speak with his son, [redacted], and get me on his schedule. I emailed and called several times after that and he would return my call and say that they were going to take care of it but were just very busy. It has been well over three months and this is not acceptable. I am also worried that they will not stand by the three year warranty that I was promised.Desired Settlement: The company returns to the property and replaces the slab that they missed.
