First, it is never our practice to run a consumer's credit without authorization.  What occurred here was miscommunication between the office staff and sales person, and I am truly sorry that it occurred.  While we do take precautions to ensure things like this do not happen,...

I have now added an additional step to our administrative process, in an effort to further safe-guard against this mistake in the future.
That being said, we have requested the inquiry be removed from Ms. [redacted]'s credit, which will occur within 30 days.  I again truly apologize for this error.
