My husband and I had a foundation repair gone VERY badly a few years before finding Leveled Out FoundationThe precious company performed a bogus repair and never completed the job and caused more issues than we had before, all while taking all of the payment upfront
Once we saved enough money to undergo another foundation repair we did our research and were extremely hesitant to work with another company
We worked directly with Donovan and he really took the time to explain every step of the processHe introduced us to his crew and was active in the entire repair
We recently sold our house about a year after the repair and the structural engineer actually commented that our house was as near perfect as he could expect with a 40+ year old home

Donavan and his crew are amazing! We had a bad experience with a different company...Donavan came in and cleaned it up They not only fixed my foundation (and we had obvious sloping so it was immediately noticable), but they cleaned up everything and made it look better than before In fact they moved the additional fill dirt from under our house into a flower bed that needed it! I will never use another company other than Leveled Out Foundation Repair! I highly recommend!
