Levels Nightclub

Review: On Saturday May 18 we went to this establishment for their Lower Level opening night which was advertised to me from 9:30PM - 2AM. To be clear, the nightclub had two different levels (main floor and lower leve) which had two different events which a customer must pay different entrance fees for. We (all 7 of us) paid $10/person to go to the event in the lower level which was an event that played only Hip Hop music. We obtained entrance to the establishment about 10:45ish and was a having a good time until about midnight when they decided to close the lower level and push us all upstairs to the event being held at the mail floor, which played only House music (we were not fans of this style of music and did not want to be at this event). When I asked a rep, [redacted] why they shut down the Lower Level he said it was because there wasnt enough customers down there to be worth leaving the level open. At that point I told him we'd all like our money back so we can go elsewhere as we paid to be at the Lower Level event (which was supposed to last until 2AM), not the Mail Floor event. He said no becasue they didnt not provide refunds. So I asked for the owner, whom he said was not at the event and and he would take my number down and have the owner (Fernando) call me back. Well when we level I researched their website further and found out this [redacted] person was the owner and lied to me about it. My girlfriends and I were very upset because we were having fun and was forced to leave the event we paid for without a refund. He told us we should be happy because the event at the Main Level was a more expensive event anyways but that was not the event we paid for and wanted to be at. we felt this is was false advertisement on the business's end as they advertised 9:30PM-2AM and no mention that events are subject to closures at their discretion.

We are upset because we felt we were due a refund since the event we paid for was shut down less than 2 hours after we got there. We paid to be there until 2AM and was forced out by Midnight.
