We have had our new kitchen counters installed for two years and are very happy with the results Recently, we had a minor problem we wanted to have addressed Leverette responded with days, had Chris Fields, installer, come to our house the next day and resolved the issue to 100% satisfaction He not only fixed the minor issue, but provided excellent instructions on care/use of the counter top surface Part of the issue was that we were using the wrong cleaner on the surface which may have led to the minor issue Bottom Line: Response was fast and resolution handled in a professional and friendly manner to 100% completion!
