June 14, 2017[redacted] came to our business on 06/06/2017 with the need of getting a car "registered" under her name. Let's emphasize that when costumers say "register" they want registration and the plate that comes with it. I, Natividad F[redacted] then proceeded to ask her for the...

documents required to register the car. She told me she did not have her insurance with her so  she went to her house to get it (if she did not want a plate she would not need her insurance). When she came back she handed me her license, insurance, and title then I copied it and started the process. [redacted] never mentioned that she just needed a "title only".When I put the tag over the counter (before everything was submitted) she still didn't say she didn't need a tag until I collected the money, completed the registration process, gave her a receipt for the transaction, she took it and left satisfied. She never mentioned that she didn't need a tag until she came back and everything was done eight minutes later.  When she came back she said her husband told hers she didn't need a tag.  Also, she pointed that highlighting that she does not have any experience on how that process works.    Then my manager and I told her that there was nothing we could do except for returning the plate to PENNDOT for her since we work with an online system that allows us to process the work immediately which means that after submitted we cannot undo the work here. She said she wanted a refund so we tried to handle her a refund application for PENNDOT.I want to highlight that our service fee is the same whether the costumer is getting a plate or not. Meaning that there was not interest on making [redacted] get a plate as she mentioned.  We give our customers what they they ask for as they ask for to best satisfy them. We also have complete video of the situation from our business cameras in case it's needed.

I am rejecting this response because:
The information provided by Natividad F[redacted] is incorrect. Please see items below for incorrect information:- I did not say register, I stated that I wanted titled only.- Ms. F[redacted] stated that she needed my insurance card to proceed with the title change, so I went in my vehicle to go get the registration.- After providing Ms. F[redacted] with my insurance, she stated that she needed my driver's license. At that time, I realized I did not have in on hand and went home to retrieve it. After retrieving my license, I returned back Levick Multi Services and provided Ms. F[redacted] with all documentation. - When Ms. F[redacted] handed me the registration, she stated that I have a certain amount of days to get the car inspected. Prior to signing the registration, I asked why do I need to sign if I'm going to sell the car. Ms. F[redacted] said something along the lines that it was my decision if I wanted to inspect the car or not, but that I would receive a ticket or some sort of fee if I did not do so. - I did call my husband after I left Levick Multi Services and informed him that this place only does registration and title change. They did not due Title Change. My husband informed me that he knows a place that does title only and can take me there. I went back to Levick Multi Services, which was about 2 to 3 minutes later and asked for refund since they did not do title change and that my husband knows a place that performs this service. Ms. F[redacted] and the Manager did not offer me a refund. All they said that they could do is take the plate. I did not want to do any more business with them, so I took the plate. - The service fee is not the same if getting a plate/registration or not.  A call was made to Levick Multi Services on 06/21/2017 around 8:50am to get pricing information. During the call to retrieve the pricing information the following occurred. It was asked how much is the cost for title only.  The woman (employee) that answered the phone stated title and registration. (This just illustrates how Levick Multi Services tries to get customers to get both services, when both services are not requested) It was stated that the price to title only was being requested. The employee stated that the price for title only is $141.50. Another question was asked in regards to the pricing for title and registration. The employee stated that the price for title and registration is $182.50 plus 8% sales tax on the price of the vehicle. This indicates that Ms. F[redacted] sentence, "I want to highlight that our service fee is the same whether the customer is getting a plate or not" is incorrect. I would like Levick Multi Services to provide the complete video from the time that I entered their place of establishment until the time that I came back after I spoke to my husband. This will illustrate what they have stated is false.
