He confirmed more than once before I gave him the money that he would provide the service once every week on either a Thursday or a Friday and if it rains, it would be on a Saturday not once every two weeks (He did not even show up once every two weeks)I had to hire someone else to mow my lawn.? I attempted to contact him to obtain more details on how and when he will pay me back the $but without any luck.? Unfortunately, he did not give me a receipt (I'm at fault for not getting one --- lesson learned here)All I have is proof of the cashed checkI was quoted $for the yard and $for the rest of the season until NovemberI would never have paid $for somebody to use a rider mower to mow my small yardI feel that MrLevine purposefully defrauded me of the $He knew that he wasn't going to come backMy yard had a fire pit and swing setOther than that it was clearHe's just making up nonsense to cover himself

We spoke to husband (***) who the contract is with, the wife stated she called Revdex.com to drop the claim, but was told she couldn'tThe husband questioned why we were not mowing, and told him we were not allowed on the property as per the wife's complaint

Tell us why here...December 18, 2016 We were called by [redacted] to mow her out of control yard. Upon arrival to [redacted] ***’s house at [redacted] **. you could clearly see high wet grass. We walked the 12 inches or more of wet grass and... found lawn chairs and firewood and other debris scattered throughout the property that had to be moved before mowing could even begin. When you call a lawn care company to clean up your mess please be happy when I only charge you $70 for a one time mow to clean this high wet grass and picking up debris property. It took 2 of us about an hour and multiple cuts at this time to get this property under control. If the town came, that you said was coming out to mow and clean this property it would have cost you hundreds!I did tell [redacted] if she needed additional mowing to call us, the $70 charge for a one time mowing did not include multiple mows. [redacted] was told the mowing of her uncontrolled yard would be $70 for one time mow. We have not heard from [redacted] and she has not called our office.
