Appliance Center Owner, Before I made my purchase, I reviewed your appliance warranty policy with YOUR employeeI was told specifically by YOUR employee, “ Ahi Mi ese es el gancho de aqui” (Oh, sweetie, that is the hook here) after I pointed to your “Year Warranty” sign I understand how warranties work and understand company/business policy, hence the reason I reviewed with YOUR employee before my purchase In addition, YOUR employee stated that I was too young to understand how business worksNot only was this offense but disrespectful After hearing what YOUR employee had to say, I walked right out of your businessI am glad I did not make a purchase These types of statements made by YOUR employee is bad business for youI suggest perhaps a refresher to your employees on customer service and tact Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards,

respect our warranty and that is why is posted outside, tech could not give the same warranty to customer due to everybody has different opinions and ways of conducting business, customer wanting to get the same service and warranty seems non sense as you do not buy from a garage sale and demand warranty as in a physical store, we stand by our warranty 100% and it is due to that that we decided not to sell the appliance because it did not comply to our company requirements when tested and we would not be able to repair the appliance if needed in the near futureOur advertising is YEAR WARRANTY and we stand by that, seems outraged and out of line the accusations customer is proposing due to customer has never bought appliances at this company
