First of all, we appreciate Mr. [redacted] bringing this to our attention as providing a welcoming family environment coupled with excellent food is our passion.Regarding the unfortunate occurrence, we were not made aware of the situation when it occurred. Had Mr. [redacted] asked to speak with...
one of our managers, the [redacted] family experience could have been very different as we would have dealt with this immediately. This does not excuse our staff's behavior and we do apologize for their experience.Regarding the $99 full refund settlement amount request, we are happy to extend a $99 credit which the [redacted] family can enjoy during their next visit to Levi's.
