We are complete with production of their order and their product is in the air on its way to our warehouses in Illinois where it would be received and shipped out to the customerweeks was the lead time for this order and the customer was made awareWe believe this customer either does not
understand the lead time or is impatientSince this is our first production order we did run into some delays with production however it is not significantWe did it receive any communications from this customer We would rather reimburse this customer and will refund them immediately and cancel their order before it ships this weekWe expect that this complaint with Revdex.com is marked as resolved and removed upon receipt of this resolution.Thanks very much
This customer has been provided visual instructions as well as over the phone instructions for this product in multiple occasionsIt was our understanding the operator error has been resolved once we provided guidance to the customerWe would be happy, as we mentioned to this customer many times,
to provide her a return address where she can ship the goods back to us for us to inspect, exchange, or refund her for the second timeWe have already provided her an exchanged and working device (we tested it before shipping) which leads us to believe (in addition to video indications) that the customer is not properly using the device or not fully charging the deviceAgain, however, we would be happy to exchange or refund her againWe believe the customer is not charging the device in ON postion and is therefore the device is not fully powered when she is attempting to use itAlso, she is not using the included levitating assist plates to find the position where the cup properly levitates (according to video she has sent). We would like to either a) refund her, b) exchange her items, or c) further instruct herWe prefer to refund however as we believe this customer is not able to properly operate the device like our thousands of other customers.
