Review: Ordered from Online Site a beautiful Nantucket style basket with plants and flowers. Received a very cheap basket with plants and flowers.

Called "Guarantee" Complaint 800 line and had to answer all sorts of questions and say "no" to winning stupid prizes, then was cut off.

" We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all floral and gift items. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact our Customer Service Department at ###-###-####." That 800 number is ridiculous. And if I am NOT completely satisfied, all you do is tell me I'm wrong?

Called florist directly and was told very rudely that it was my fault, that I should have checked "no substitutions". I did not see that when I ordered, nor, when I go back to the website now, can I see anything resembling that as an option. No apologies from the woman on the phone, just kept saying "would you let me finish?"when I said you keep repeating yourself, the basket was not comparable in any case. It was a $3 basket I could buy at a craft shop, not a Nantucket basket, which is very distinctive.

This is a bait and switch tactic.Desired Settlement: They should at least honor their WRITTEN GUARANTEE. I expect an apology.
