Toyota Avalon Manufacture Paint Defect Issues and repaint concerns !!! We recently purchased a BRAND NEW Toyota Avalon from Russell Toyota on 12/05/Unfortunately, the car we've purchased came with multiple manufacture paint defects (paint cracks, paint peels, pinhole bubbles and dirt under the clear coat...etc.) throughout the carI immediately brought the car back to the dealership and have the paint issues addressed and documented I've had my sale consultant [redacted] and sale manager [redacted] from Russell Toyota sales deptRecondition manager [redacted] and recondition director [redacted] from Russell Toyota collision center and service manager [redacted] from Russell Toyota service deptlooked at the paint issues on my car and they all agreed those are manufacture defectspossible caused by bad prepworks or dirt get on the car before factory applied the clear coat...etcIt's very rare to see those paint defects on a brand new car like that and

My Venza break repair My Venza was in for a point vehicle check due to my car shacking vibrating snd driving unstablyI was told I needed brake service that consists of machining all rotors but I was told I did not need padsRepair was done I still notice my car not driving correctly so I took it to another toyota dealer and they found multiple things wrong including my rear pads were low and said I needed break sevice its only been 3-1/weeks since my break service but I need the machined and pads again So I took my repair issue back to Russel who had repaired three weeks prior and to no avail they refused acknowledge the pads are subpar and said no further services are requiredNo resolve at all , so now I subjucted to repair my rear breaks at my own cost after having the repaired weeks priorThey did hold to the promise of complete work I will never patronize them again

Heritage Toyota in Catonsville is an amazing family oriented dealership that has made my car dreams come true! I have been without a car since the end of October I became an *** queen and a *** princessI was truly in need of a great vehicle for personal, business, & when my parents come to visitMy father called the dealership from California on Friday and the head sales manager, Jerry *** happened to answer the phoneMy dad explained that his baby girl (me) was interested in a particular carMr*** had my father to call me on way that very moment and assured my father and me that they would take great care of meHe had of the managers to pick me up the next morningI got to the dealership around 11:30amMr*** already had a great sales rep, Karl, waiting to assist meThey had the car that I was interested in ready for me to test driveNow my credit score was not the best (young mistakes)They were amazing!!!! Plus my down payment was not very muchThe finance manager, Miss Tyree (who was fabulous) was able to get a great interest rate for me with monthly payments that were well within my budgetShe walked me through then entire purchase process so that I could make a sound decisionI was able to leave at 4:00pm with MY CAR!!!! I was so elated! They were very attentive, caring, and all around wonderful! They made the experience memorable and I recommend anyone who is looking for a dealership who is interested in taking impeccable care of their customer to go to HERITAGE TOYOTA in Catonsville, MD! I had repairs made to my vehicle as a result of an insurance claim I asked for a decorative part that was missing be replaced during these repairs, which I paid for separately from my insurance claim I picked up my vehicle on June 30, 2017.The applique was installed on my vehicle, however within weeks it had fallen off I contacted the business and was told a message was being left and someone would contact me back which to date no one ever hasI feel that either the installation of the part was improper or the part was defective for it to have fallen off within such a short period of time In addition, I received a warranty card which states there is a LIFETIME limited warranty for parts To date no one has ever acknowledged my inquiry and have never returned my calls

On 02/10/I purchased at Toyota Camry SE, stock number *** and contract number *** from the Mile One Russell Toyota Local on Baltimore National Pike in Catonsville, MD I was accompanied by my cousin *** My salesperson was *** My lease was ending on my Toyota Avalon, which I also purchased from the same dealer and sales person Over several visits, I explained to *** that I wanted a more affordable car this time and he showed me vehicles in the $14-$16k range I picked a Toyota Camry that was $15,and Toyota certified that was at their sister dealership in Owings Mils and placed a credit application to purchase the vehicle I was told by Mr*** that they could not sell me that car because the other dealer needed to increase the price by $3,to sell it to me, even though it was advertised at the $15,

I spoke with *** from Toyota Heritage in regards to my Toyota Prius being repairedI requested for diagnostic to be done on my carI initially received a quote of $to have service doneI was told the main fuse box and auxiliary battery needed to be replaced since the car was not able to turn on*** had checked with *** warranty stating that they will not pay for the claimI signed the "written" receipt to get the repair done knowing I had to pay out of pocketI later received the call in the evening with *** saying that there was another problem found with the car that would take $5,to fixHe stated that the whole fuse was blownI had asked why this was not discovered during diagnostic? *** further stated that labor on the car still had to be covered that costed a little over $with a non working carThe batter was never replaced but I was still charged for the hour labor and to find out there were more problems after working on my car

This review is concerning the Service Department at Toyota Heritage Catonsville I will never nor would I advice anyone to take their vehicle here for service I had my Highlander Hybrid towed here after receiving warning to check the hybrid system, check battery They initially were unable to locate my vehicle which had been sitting on their lot for no less than 22hrsbut would not return my calls My husband walked the lot and showed them the vehicleAs to diagnosing the problem, it took another five days to finally be told water had leaked onto my hybrid batteryI would not only need to replace the hybrid battery and computer with a starting estimate of $10,but I should consider getting a new vehicleThe service Manager Ryan *** then says I would be given $by the sales department for my current vehicle because the hybrid system was down, but if it were running they'd give me $11,Thankfully I'm not as stupid as I look and told him to put my vehicle back together to which he responded "back to together, you mean..." As if he couldn't believe I would pursue any other avenue except what he suggested Thank God I seek direction I had my car towed to a hybrid battery facility in Bowie, Md who examined the vehicle, jumped the volt battery, tested the hybrid cells (which Alex at Heritage told me was impossible to do) found the hybrid battery did not need replacing and had my car up and running for $which will go toward the hybrid battery replacement should I need one in the future SWINDLERS, SCAMMERS AND CROOKS in the service department, not all but the ones I dealt with...save yourself some aggravation, time and money and avoid Heritage Auto I wouldn't even buy a replacement vehicle from this place

Failure to pay off a car that was traded in
