We called and spoke with *** *** last Wednesday the 15th and confirmed with her that she did get the letter and the check we sentWe informed her that we sent an Email to the Claim rep *** *** at *** requesting an update on the claimMr*** returned a phone call to us on Thursday the 16th and said he did receive the estimate and photo's from *** *** and he would contact her that day or the next to discuss the claim

I did not receive anything from the Levrac Company. I had estimates of the damages I incurred to my property with pictures sent to the insurance company that I took from the employees of this company while they were pushing there vehicle spraying mud and rocks on my vehicle in my own driveway that I had not had at my home 30 days when damaged . I have not received anything in reference to this matter from the insurance company or the Levrac Co. I do not want to be solicited at my home by this company again. Again I never received the letter or $25.00 dollars to clean my car.

We offered to cancel her purchase numerous times back in October of 2016 and January of 2017, unfortunately she refused to give back the $1000 rebate we gave her. She never mentioned that products she received were used. At this time it is too late to Cancel her transaction or exchange her product...
as a new model has come out this year. Please see the attached documents regarding our previous attempts to help [redacted].
On 7/24/2017 [redacted] was picked up, [redacted] was returned and full refund issued.
