I am rejecting this response because: As we have said before this is not in response to the purchase of the vehicle, this is in regards to the repairs that were completed at a repair shop of their choice while it was in their possession this is why we clearly believe the repairs should be completed at no cost to us. Please note the repairs were done months after the purchase. Also the vehicle has been at the car lot in Manteca since that is where [redacted] (Tracy Motorz) asked us to take it too. The vehicle has been sitting there since the week of July 17th and the drivers side window has been down the whole time there are layers of dirt and grime. We went there this weekend to see if maybe they had rolled up the window and they had not and the owner there said they were going to be pushing the car out on the street. As it was not their responsibility to repair the vehicle.

We, Tracy Motorz, would like to state that when Mrand Mrs*** purchased the Volkswagen cc back in April 7, 2016, they purchased the vehicle on an as is basis They signed all the necessary paperwork and were not promised anything I have enclosed a copy of the Due Bil which
shows that there was nothing promised We have also enclosed an invoice were we took the vehicle for the repairs, just to help out the customer The vehicle is now at USA Auto Dealer in Manteca We are just helping out the customer locate a shop with no commitment The customer was notified

I am rejecting this response because: the vehicle is clearly
unsafe to drive I'm not compromising my life or the lives of others on the roadSomeone from the dealership just came to my house to drop off the truck and gave the keys to a person that was parked in my drive way without even asking if the person was related to me.I sent them a video of what the truck was doing if they're selling unsafe vehicles they should be liable for it

company and as of today I have not received anything from them in the mailOnce so receive it, I will be sure to let the Revdex.com know that it was in fact receivedIn my last written communication with the company I advised them to let us know when the refund check would be ready so that we could come and pick it up since we live a few streets from the business, but of course that didn’t happenAt this point the proof is in actually receiving the check

We are sending in the mail today the gap refund check#*** in the amount of $ We are sorry for any misunderstanding or inconvience with our clients

We, Tracy Motorz, try to keep our clients happy and feel we do our best to keep them 100% satisfied Yet, as stated before we are willing to Mr*** with at least 1/the cost of repairs Yet we would greatly appreciate it if they could call us before therepairs are done with the cost and what is the balance we would be liable for THANK YOU

We, Tracy Motorz, feel that we are not compromised in anyway or buy the vehicle back from customer [redacted].  He signed all necessary documents including the Buyers Guide agreement.  He purhcase the vehicle AS IS.
