I was locked out of my store and needed access inside. He attempted to pick the lock with no success in the process caused further damage to my lock was very rude and unprofessional. Mr [redacted] was also yelling at me and screaming and causing a commotion in front of my store. He wasted my time and wanted to charge me way more than other locksmith. I feel my overall experience was a headache dealing with him and frustration it took almost an hour and a half to get me inside and it had to be done by another locksmith to redo what he messed up on my lock do not recommend the business. Stay away do not do business with this guy!!!!! He even wanted to charge me for doing nothing didn't get me inside and it escalated where he called the cops just does not make any sense to me. I was willing to pay the $30 service fee but he wanted to charge me full price for doing nothing. The owner is nothing but DRAMA.
