Lewin Yount Garage Door Company

I want to warn people about this company. After calling and to schedule a garage door repair with a lady that was nasty the first time I called. I still scheduled with the company for the repair to be done the following week. Come the day for my garage to be reoaired, I had a gut feeling to call and verify that I was still indeed on the schedule for my door to be repaired. The same lady that scheduled me answered the phone. I couldn't even get the full sentence out to verify before she broke completely nasty with me and jumped down my throat for not answering her phone calls. She said their was a scheduling conflict and because I didn't answer the phone she took me off the schedule. Of course I was upset. I have waited a week to have my broken door fixed, her double scheduling was not my fault. So I called and got the owners name and spoke to him shortly after. He assured me that schedule conflicts happen ALL of the time and that "schedules can change in a matter of minutes after scheduling them" I told the owner about how nasty she was he, blamed me for not answering my phone and told me he thinks it would be best to take my business elsewhere. They think BC they are a wayne dalton distributor that they can treat people rudely and nasty and that is not right. Before talking to the owner I had already scheduled with a completely different company that fit me in first thing and will do what I was going to have Lewin yount do. They will never get a penny from me or anyone else treating p [redacted] like that.
