I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
This company has messed up my vehicle and needs to be reliable for the damages. I am also looking into filing a small claims case with them. I do have proof and will present it, if needed.

in the engine block.Their was still oil in the crankcase and no faulty drain plug.We called the dealer she purchased the vehicle from and they sent a rep. over to examine the vehicle and take pictures of the damage,we have those pictures available upon request.The damage was not caused by a lack of or loss of oil.
