As Per Mr [redacted] complaint, they stayed here in room # **, from May 4, till May 10, (see attached)When any one checked in and if they not satisfied and come right away, we give 100% refund, they could have done itAbout bugs, he told us on evening of their 5th day, we told him, ok, we will come and check, when we went to check about their complaint, they were in their room and told us to come tomorrow, next day we went around 10:00am - 10:30a, knocked their door, they told us not now they were sleepingIf any bed bugs, they do not wait for days to come outWe clean rooms everyday between 10am and noon, but if they do not let maid to go in and clean, because they are sleeping, then nothing we can doAfter they checked out on May 11, we checked did not find any sign of any bugsWe been renting that room almost everyday, so far no one has complaint/s.(One of our customer brought DOG with them, so next day we took all beds out and spray for any animal ticks, he complaint after seeing spray, not knowing why)P.SPlease feel free to let us, for any information/s

They are trying to lie , yesit took me a few days to file a complaint because I didn't know who complain to after I tried complaining to the businessEverything she said was a lieAll u have to do is look at the reviews of the business online.

Customer Name: *** ***As per her complaint Mrs*** made her reservation thru Booking.com, meansIf customer made reservation and does not cancel before hrs or do not show up, they still get charged for one dayIf she did not like room for any reason, she could have come back
right away, and I could have called Booking.com to cancel charges, but not after almost hours (She checked in at 3:pm, checked out at 4:50pm, See attached).3. She was in room #1, close to the office, not that anything happened, but for extra security we also have surveillance camera.4. When she talked about room being dirty, she could have said something about it.It seems like she planned this trip and drove about hrs from her place to here, seems she may have accomplished her purpose earlier than expected then drove back hrsand is now making complaint in order to receive a refund.Thank you
