This bisnuss is bad for renters and landlords alike. They over throw property owners rules and only use their own rules. Witch cost the property owners money cause they loose tenants. They charge tenants for any property repairs that they are supposed to fix at no charge to the tenant and they will evict tenants for unknown reasons. I do not believe this bisnuss should be allowed to continue running under their currant ways. I believe they should change or close down

Review: This was a rental for my 18 year old son that I co-signed on. We gave our 30 days notice in February and paid in full through March 15th. They charged an outrageous amount of money to clean / inspect / etc ($220 over the security deposit)and I sent them a check for $220. Then they added to the bill an additional $403 for "unpaid rent" because one of the 2 keys was not turned in. I wasn't even made aware of this until mid-April. I offered to pay a re-keying fee and be done with it but they insist on charging rent for a key. They won't deposit my check for $220 until they receive this additional $403 and now they are threatening to send it to collections.I have had trouble with this company since my first encounter with them in July 2012 when we drove to Lewiston from Meridian to view apartments and we secured one and then they rented in out to someone else so we had to make a second trip up there to find another one. They are unprofessional and they take advantage of college-age kids. Their rentals are dumpy and outdated and unsafe. And they rip people off with outrageous cleaning fees at the end of the agreement.Desired Settlement: I want them to consider the $220 the balance paid in full and deposit my check and leave me alone.

The only reason I paid their exorbitant fees was to stop being angry about it all the time and I don't want my teenage son to have a bad credit rating because of this ridiculous business! I live 5 hours away from Lewiston and there's not a lot I can do from a distance. I filed a complaint with the Idaho Attorney General and I also asked the business to send me a copy of the lease agreement (which they ignored). I just got tired of fuming about it every day and I still believe that they are unreasonable and do not practice good business standards. Lewis Clark Property Management does not deserve a good standing with the Revdex.com.

Review: I have voiced my dissatisfaction with the time it has taken to address apartment issues such as no hot water, no weather stripping around door I was told to turn heat up and since have had no satisfaction in the manner in witch they have progressed with addressing my concerns to the point I gave a 6 months notice to vacate.Desired Settlement: Out of lease.

This company has the WORST customer service. Everyone from the owner to the staff try to avoid all issues. They push you off to someone else and hope you will go away. Emails and phone messages go totally ignored. Concerns or questions are unanswered and never addressed. They have shady business practices that, while not illegal, are specifically discouraged by the Idaho Attorney General.
